Viajero Miami (Adults Only) Hotel Miami Beach, Miami Beach

The hotel has a very intimate feeling to it with nice rooms that are different in size; however, I expected this as it's not common to find a family room in a trendy, boutique hotel. The service was friendly and kind but lacked thorough cleaning. The location is wonderful, very close to the beach on Ocean Drive, but not ideal for those who don't care for that area anymore. The dining experience was poor in quality and limited, just needs improvement. The facilities were decent but nothing special.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although not ready until late afternoon, was suitable for a short stay if you don't plan on spending much time inside. The service was exceptional, with a warm and helpful staff. The location was ideal for exploring South Beach, just a block away from Versace's mansion. The service was exceptional with extremely helpful staff, particularly the female receptionist who assisted with baggage and organized a free shuttle to Miami airport. The rooms were basic and lacked a mini fridge, but the cleaning lady missed cleaning the toilet. Despite these minor issues, the location and service made our stay enjoyable.
